Coaches, the following instructions are related to how we would like you to use this page.  This calendar is meant for us as coaches to better utilize our facilities.  We all have scheduled times on fields and/or batting cages, but there are times when we do not utilize those facilities for various reasons.  Our hope is that you will post these availabilities on this calendar so others may claim them.  These postings are for that date and time only, it does not mean you are giving up that day and time that you are regularly scheduled for.  We realize that many times you do not know about these instances until just before you are supposed to use them, which is fine.  Please post them anyways.

If you are going to claim one of these posting, you must follow the instructions listed in the document on this page, but we also ask that you make sure you use the field or cage if you claiming it on the Short Notice Field Availability Calendar.  Again, if you claim it you only have it for that 1 day.
