December Hours & Information:
The Scheels Performance Center will be closed Thanksgiving Day & December 23-25.
For the month of December, weekend rental hours have been added. When scheduling, please ensure you select either a weekday or weekend rental, depending on your preferred date. Availability will only be displayed within the appropriate category
Monday-Friday: 2:30 PM -8:30 PM & Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
As a reminder, bookings can be scheduled up to 10 days in advance.
During the weekday, cages 3/4 & the turf are 30 minute time slots. The pitching machine cages will remain 45 minute time slots. If you are scheduling a cage and turf slot back to back, we recommend using the 30 minute cage rentals that synchronize with the turf slots.
All weekend time slots are 45 minutes.
Here are a couple of reminders as it relates to our indoor facility:
1. Athletes may only attend one turf and one cage session in the same day. (Multiple Cage or Multiple Turf sessions are not allowed)
a. Back-to-back turf or back-to-back cage sessions are not permitted. A cage slot and then a turf slot back to back is allowed.
2. Free access and availability for all West Fargo Baseball athletes who have completed their 7U RRVL season and older. This includes all types of programming. (Legion, Travel, League) There will still be a fee on legion/travel winter workouts & select camps.
3. When booking a slot, you will need to bring with four or more athletes. This is to ensure our facility goal of providing as much development as possible to West Fargo Baseball players at any one given time.
4. A WFB staff member will always be on-site for assistance and support.
5. No metal cleats allowed. Please help us maintain a clean and safe environment.
6. All athletes must wear batting helmets when using the pitching machines.
7. For our athletes 8th grade and younger, you will need to ensure that an adult is with you for your booking slot.
Usage:
Our turf area is to be used for throwing and defensive purposes only. (No hitting)

1. Create an account in the top right corner or login if you have an account created with FM Ballyard.
Answer who this account is for. (You or your kids/dependents)
Go through the registration prompts.
When you get back to the main screen after registration, please click on “Rentals.”
2. Select Cage Rental or Turf Rental. (You can only book ten days in advance)
It will only show you time slots that are available.
It should send you a text message (Do not respond) and e-mail confirmation upon checkout.

Reschedule or Cancellation?
If you are outside of 5 hours, please see the directions below to reschedule or cancel. If you are inside of 5 hours of your booking you will have to e-mail our office.
- Go to the booking page and log into Swift account: https://book.runswiftapp.com/facilities/scheels-performance-center
- After you have logged in, click on the Profile icon in the top right corner and select My Account
- Select the Activity tab
- Under Bookings, click the Manage button for the booking they'd like to cancel/reschedule

Scheels Performance Center Winter Weather Policy
Our indoor facility will remain open on all scheduled days throughout the winter unless the Rustad Center closes down. (Typically, no travel advised in town) If this occurs, we will close down our facility and communicate to our families as necessary.
