2026 9U-14U Travel Program

Welcome to the 2026 West Fargo Youth Baseball Registration. This registration is intended for those individuals who are thinking about or planning to attend the age specific TRAVEL TRYOUTS dates. Again, even if you are thinking about trying out for a travel team and not sure yet, register here. Travel Baseball is ONLY for 9U-14U.

Objectives of West Fargo Baseball

The mission of West Fargo Baseball is to organize, structure and maintain the highest quality baseball program possible. We seek to develop a fun and safe environment that affords each participant the opportunity to learn and play the game of baseball. In addition, we strive to develop fundamental baseball skills while instilling the core values of teamwork, sportsmanship, competition and citizenship into each of our participants.

Registration:

Registration Open Date: November 15th, 2025.
Registration Deadline: March 1st, 2026
If you're intending to try out for league play (either intermediate or advanced), you will register on a different league registration page by selecting your desired play level located here.
Registration will be on a first-come basis whether or not you have played in previous years. All players registered by the March 1st deadline are guaranteed to be able to attend the travel tryout date.
In order to be on a travel team, you must live in West Fargo or within the West Fargo School District (Osgood, Deer Creek, Harwood, etc.) and/or your athlete must attend a West Fargo Public School.
If electing to participate in the travel tryout process, you will be charged a "tryout fee" upon checkout. This fee will be deducted from the division cost and is intended to break up the costs of registration as there is not a payment plan for travel teams. The remainder cost will be issued to the account once the teams are created the week after the March 18th team announcements.
If chosen to participate on a travel team, additional fees will incur and will be paid to the team outside of the registration process.
If the athlete does not end up being chosen for the travel team, they will be placed on an advanced league team, which at that point the remainder of the fees will be taken out for that specific age group.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER TEAMS ARE CREATED ON MARCH 31st. No refunds of registration fees will be made unless the family moves away from the area or the player is medically incapable of playing. Under no circumstances will a refund be granted after team placements have taken place.
If you have three or more athletes in your family, we will provide free registration for summer programming for your third athlete and any additional athletes beyond that. This includes all our available summer programs. (Legion, Travel, RRVL) The coupon or reimbursement will be applied to your youngest athlete in the program. To receive this registration discount, please contact our office and let us know what age(s) and program(s) your athletes will be registering for.

If a player would like to sign up for travel baseball, the player must sign up under the Cal Ripken/Babe Ruth Age Chart.

Important Registration Notes

All players must register during normal signup. If a player is selected for a travel team, the player will not be placed on a league team.
If your child does not make a travel team, they will be placed on a league team.
Registration must be completed through our secure site, using your Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card or checking account information.

Fundraising

There is no fundraising for the 2026 season.

Game Nights

Travel Schedules will be determined by the Head Coach of the team. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions about Game Nights.

Practice Nights

Practice schedules will be determined after teams are formed with practices typically held 2 times during the week. These practice dates/times are set each week and won't change unless done by the coach. West Fargo Baseball assigns days & times for field and batting practice availability, but each team's actual practice session is determined by coaches. Weekend practices are at coaches' discretion.

Coaches/Team Managers

Coaches for travel teams are selected by the West Fargo Baseball Board.
