West Fargo, ND – Approximately 1,000 youth baseball players will benefit from a new partnership between Essentia Health and West Fargo Baseball.

As part of the 10-year partnership, Essentia Health will teach West Fargo Baseball players about injury prevention, training, nutrition and related topics. They will also offer educational resources to help players make healthy choices in all areas of their lives. West Fargo Baseball serves youth ages 5 to 19, and educational programs will be offered to all players.

Essentia Health will receive naming rights to the West Fargo Baseball Complex, which consists of nine baseball fields off 13th Avenue South in West Fargo.

“West Fargo Baseball is excited and honored to have Essentia Health as a partner for the next 10 years,” said Ben Potter, President of the West Fargo Baseball Association. “Their financial commitment will help us continue to improve our baseball complex. More importantly, the partnership will help provide health and wellness opportunities for the youth in our community.”
