Everything outside of the field we ask our parents to assist with. This includes garbage and grandstand.

Grill – Please arrive 30 minutes prior to game time for setup.  Communicate with concessions staff on how many burgers and hot dogs are needed. We are mainly concerned that we have enough between games and not too much leftovers, especially burgers due to the cost. Keep in mind the number of games being played that day/night, opponent, crowd size, weather, etc. After grilling is complete, please clean the grill.

Gate – Please arrive at least 45 minutes prior to game time.  The concession workers can get the money bag out of the safe for you.  The table and chair are inside the old concession stand in our building by the front gate. Gate can be closed at the start of the second inning of the second game of the night or at the start of the 3rd inning if there is only one game.  Please put the table and chair away afterwards and give the money to the concession workers.

Family Help – Please assist in between games in the concessions to make sure we are getting people served as quickly as possible.  These are the only times that help is needed by the family that is assigned to help.  The concession workers will handle all cleanup of the concession stand itself after the games.

Announcing – please arrive 30 minutes prior to the start of the game to collect lineups from the coaches.

Scoreboard – please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of the game.
