Travel Team Tryout Date set - Sunday, March 13th
For those players wanting to tryout for travel baseball from ages 9-14, there will be a travel team tryout at the Rustad Center on Sunday, 3/13. There will be more information coming out as we get closer to that date. More information will be posted HERE.
Player Registration Information
In order to register your child(s) for WF baseball, you first need to create an account on our website and instructions are located HERE.
Once you have created an account, you can register for the 2022 summer season, please click HERE. Registration closes on 2/27/2022 for ages 7 and up and there will be a $25 late fee for registrations after that date. Ages 5/6 will stay up until middle of March.
2022 Registration Fees
We have made a decision to move to one registration fee for the various age groups and remove the mandatory raffle requirement that we have had in the past. As you can see the initial registration fee is higher than in the past years. However, we tried to keep the registration fee for 2022 as close to what the total was for 2021 with the raffle requirement. See fee breakdown below.

Registration must be completed through our secure site, using your Visa Card, Master Card, Discover Card or checking account information.
In order for the registration system to recognize that your family is registering multiple players, please register all of your players in 1 registration session. Failure to do so will result in a forfeiture of your family's discounted rates.
There will be a max registration cost of $600 if registering multiple players of the same family. If you decide to register all players individually, we cannot honor the max fee.
Fundraising Option
There is NO MANDATORY Fundraising this year. We are still offering the raffle (ages 7-15) to offset the cost of registration, however, the raffle sales go back to you if you choose to do it and the raffle will be drawn in July with a daily cash prize. If you choose the raffle option in the registration form, you will receive a max of 40-$5 raffle tickets per paid registration to offset your registration cost that you can sell. Raffle tickets will be handed out for those that choose when you have your first practice in the spring.

There will be no games scheduled for May 30th.
July 4th Break
There will be no RRVL games scheduled for July 4-8.
Team Assignments & Volunteer Coaches
We are always in need of volunteer coaches, so please consider coaching your child's team. There is information about drills, etc. in our Coaches Cabinet on our website.
Coaches are allowed to form their own team as long as the player's parent/guardian agrees to play for them. If submitting a roster, the deadline is March 31st, 2022. The WF Baseball Coaches Meeting will be a virtual coach meeting. The date and time is TBD. Coaches will receive additional information in a separate email.
After registration closes on February 27 and travel teams are picked the end of the week on 3/18, we will put together the remaining RRVL league team rosters. After rosters are finalized, you will be notified via email by your coach. The team/league schedule will be put together shortly after rosters are completed.
Game Schedule/Game Nights
No regularly schedule games will be played on Friday nights for any ages. Game nights per age group are to be determined.
The baseball season will begin in May and end in late July with an end of the year tournament for ages 8U and up hosted by Fargo Youth Baseball. WFB will send out an email with exact starting dates for each age division.

Practice Nights
Practice schedules will be determined after teams are formed with practices typically held 1 to 2 times during the week. Weekend practices are at coaches' discretion. West Fargo Baseball assigns days & times for field and batting practice availability, but each team's actual practice session itinerary is determined by coaches.
