Scheduled Game Nights:
5U/6U: Monday & Wednesday (30 min practice, 45 min game)
7U: Monday / Wednesday
8U: Tuesday / Thursday
9U & 10U: Tuesday & Thursday
11U & 12U: Monday & Wednesday
13U: Monday & Wednesday (one doubleheader per week)
14/15U: Tuesday & Thursday (one doubleheader per week)
Practice Information:
Practice schedules will be sent out after teams are formed. Your team will be assigned the same practice day/time/location each week throughout the summer. We try to get 1 field practice and 1 cage practice per week for 9U and above. 7U & 8U will get 1 field practice per week along with their game schedule. All practice times Friday, Sat, Sun are on a first come first serve basis if there are no other scheduled events.
Team Assignments & Schedule:
As we did in 2020, we are allowing coaches to form League Teams at ages 7 and above. We have quite a few teams created, but if anyone else does want to volunteer to coach, please email into the office account listed below.
For the age 5/6 year old group, teams will be assigned by WFB. These teams will be announced as listed in the timeline above.
Raffle (7U and Above)
There is an obligation for families that didn't choose the buyout to sell raffle tickets or do the buyout. We wanted to clarify some details for raffle tickets.

We are asking families who did not choose the buyout to sell 40 tickets for their player. Raffle tickets are $5 each.

Raffle tickets will be given out to each coach during equipment pickup.

Families with more than 1 child only need to sell a maximum of 60 tickets (1.5 times the individual level). Please simply destroy any tickets you don't sell.

If you paid for the buyout and receive raffle tickets to sell, please contact [email protected] and we will investigate. On verification, you will not be required to sell raffle tickets.

Please understand the raffle sales are a very important source of revenue for West Fargo Baseball and allows us to cover normal season expenses as well as maintain and improve our fields and facilities. If you can sell more tickets than the minimum required, your efforts will be very helpful to our program and our participating young players.

We will ask someone on each team to take responsibility for collecting the sold raffle ticket stubs and a check from each family for the amount sold. To make the raffle turn-in process efficient, we do ask that each family write 1 check so we don't have to deal with collecting and counting cash.

We are close to getting sponsors for all teams 7U and above for the league teams, but if there are any other sponsors out there or if you know of a company that would be willing to sponsor - please go to the following link on our website and fill out the sponsorship form. We will need some more.
